Our rules on Scouts have been clarified in v2.6 of the Football Fortunes Rules

Hello all, we've made a quick update to the official rules (version 2.6) clarifying the scenarios around which Scouts can be hired and tidying up some of the wording around the Manage Staff events. Read the latest rules here or in printable PDF format here
